Lauren Thomas Ewing, PCC, is the founder and principal of LTE Coaching LLC, an executive coaching and leadership development practice based in the Washington, DC metro area. She partners with organizations and senior leaders who are navigating complexity, driving change, and working to build leadership cultures that sustain high performance over time.

Lauren brings more than two decades of experience across management consulting, corporate HR leadership, and executive coaching to her work. Her practice serves VP-level and senior executives across corporate, nonprofit, and federal sectors, with particular depth in technology, finance, media, and mission-driven organizations. She works both directly with individual leaders and in partnership with organizations seeking coaching services, learning design, and facilitation.

Her professional background is unusually broad for a coach. Lauren spent nearly a decade at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte, building expertise in human capital management, organizational transformation, and leadership development. She then spent close to eight years at Google in senior HR roles spanning business partnership, diversity and inclusion strategy, and advisory work across the Alphabet portfolio. Most recently, she served as an Operating Partner at Google Ventures, coaching and advising early-stage startup founders on people strategy, organizational culture, and inclusive leadership.

That career arc gives Lauren a rare vantage point: She has sat in the rooms where leadership decisions get made, and she understands what it takes to lead with both strategic clarity and human credibility. Her coaching approach is grounded in the belief that lasting leadership impact develops from the inside out. She helps leaders examine the assumptions shaping their behavior, strengthen their presence and influence, and lead in ways that are effective and authentic.

Her facilitation work spans executive presence, navigating complexity and cultural difference, leading high-performing and inclusive teams, strategic prioritization, and career transitions. She also designs bespoke workshop experiences for organizations seeking cohort-based or team-level development.

Lauren holds a BA from Harvard University, an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a PCC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. She is based in Laurel, Maryland, and works with clients and partners locally, nationally, and internationally.
