Executive Coach | Leadership Advisor | Facilitator & Speaker

Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” – Howard Thurman

Why My Background Is Different

Most coaches bring a framework. I bring a vantage point.

Over more than two decades, I have sat in the rooms where leadership decisions get made — as a management consultant advising Fortune 500 organizations on transformation and change, as a senior HR and inclusion strategist at Google, and as an Operating Partner at Google Ventures, where I coached and advised early-stage startup founders navigating some of the most pressured leadership environments that exist.

That breadth is not incidental to my coaching. It is the foundation of it. When a client is navigating a difficult board dynamic, a reorg, a team in conflict, a crisis of confidence, or a career inflection point, I am rarely hearing it for the first time. I have seen these challenges play out at scale — and I know what distinguishes the leaders who move through them well from those who don’t.

That experience also makes me versatile in a way that is hard to replicate. My clients span corporate, nonprofit, and federal sectors. They lead in technology, finance, media, consulting, and mission-driven organizations. What they share is a desire to lead more deliberately — and the self-awareness to know there is more to develop.

What my Clients Experience

I work with leaders who are already accomplished and ready for more. My clients have:

  • Navigated high-stakes transitions — promotions, restructurings, new mandates — with greater confidence and strategic clarity
  • Stepped into VP and C-suite roles and effectively leaned into their unique strengths and perspectives
  • Rebuilt their executive presence after a career setback and came back stronger
  • Led ERG communities and cross-functional initiatives with renewed purpose, sharper strategy, and measurable engagement
  • Developed the internal language to articulate their value, and started getting recognized for it

My Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is grounded in one core belief: you already hold the insight. My job is to create the conditions for you to access it.

That means asking better questions. Holding up the mirror unflinchingly. Helping you see the patterns — in how you lead, how you communicate, how you show up under pressure — that others might notice but rarely name.

I also believe that energy shapes outcomes. How you are showing up internally, emotionally, and relationally is inseparable from how you lead. Developing awareness of that is often the most powerful first move.

And I am your accountability partner in the truest sense. I will not let you off the hook. I will help you get out of your own way — and keep moving, even when the work gets uncomfortable.

My Qualifications

I bring 20+ years of experience across the organizations where leadership development matters most. My career has spanned Google, Google Ventures, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte Consulting, and Pepsi-Cola — with coaching and advisory engagements extending into the federal government, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations of all sizes.
