I know what it looks like to be succeeding on paper and quietly wondering if this is it.

Years ago, I was building a career that looked strong from the outside: the right titles, the right institutions, a trajectory that checked every box. But internally, something was misaligned. I wasn’t running my own race. I had let other people’s definitions of success become the operating system for my life and it wasn’t a fit for me.

What followed was a deliberate, sometimes uncomfortable process of reorientation — toward clarity, purpose, and the kind of leadership that comes from the inside out. That experience became the foundation of my coaching practice, and it’s what I bring to every client engagement.

I’ve been a parent, a partner, a senior leader, and a solopreneur — each chapter adding a new layer to how I understand transition, identity, and what it means to keep growing. We are all works in progress. My job is to help you navigate your path, your way.

My career has spanned Google, Google Ventures, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte Consulting, and Pepsi-Cola — with coaching and advisory engagements extending into the federal government, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations of all sizes.

My Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is grounded in one core belief: you already hold the insight. My job is to create the conditions for you to access it.
That means asking better questions. Holding up the mirror unflinchingly. Helping you see the patterns — in how you lead, how you communicate, how you show up under pressure — that others might notice but rarely name.
I also believe that energy shapes outcomes. How you’re showing up — internally, emotionally, relationally — is inseparable from how you lead. Developing awareness of that is often the most powerful first move.
And I am your accountability partner in the truest sense: I won’t let you off the hook. I’ll help you get out of your own way — and keep moving, even when the work gets uncomfortable.
